To access certain features of StoreLister, you must register for an account. You agree to:

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your right to use StoreLister will cease immediately
• We may delete your account and all associated data
• All provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
• You remain responsible for any charges incurred before termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which StoreLister operates.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of StoreLister shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
